AYC IPcts VOIP Telephone System

The IPcts system combines a Telephone PBX system with the functionality of an IP Telephony system encased in a 1U 19" chassis being either rack, wall or desktop mountable. So it can be installed into any existing or 'green field' environment.

The complete solution is built up of a system and then optional plug in 'Trunk Line Card's'.

What is the CTI Interface?

The CTI has been developed specifically with the user and ease of use in mind. Too frequently IP Telephony systems have a CTI that is cumbersome and difficult to use resulting in users not wishing to use it.

The User CTI provides an easy to use 'pop-up' window on the users PC. It has a built in Address Book that is shared system wide. A user can access their 'last 10' numbers, in or out, for redial purposes. The pop-up windows features are:

What is the Operator Console?

The Operator Console provides superior call monitoring and call control to a level that is demanded for reception or call operator scenarios. The Operator Consolecan be used in conjunction with a 'touch sensitive screen' so no mouse or keyboard is required making it user friendly and simple.

What is Call Logger?

The Call Logger provides statistical information concerning the call activity on the IPcts system. It is a Java program that is run from an Administrators PC and enables call records to be searched for, displayed, sorted and exported to a spreadsheet as a standard .csv file for printing or costings to be added.
