Attach any files you want to the document and access it from a different computer. Share your documents with co-workers and partners over the Internet with DocMan’s full web interface, or email them links to documents and attachments. Export the documents to Adobe Acrobat PDF for added flexibility.
• Editing made easy. Use the full set of Rich Text controls to create a document from the Document Library or the web, or just attach the file you created in your favorite applications. You have different document layers at your disposal – differentiate between source and release attached documents. DocMan also offers versioning tools and automatic backup of older versions.
• Truly flexible categorization. Assign documents to Binders, Folders and Cabinets. Create relations between documents to keep them connected.
• DocMan Document Security Protection for your sensitive documents. Define exactly who has access for each document. Use the easy Document Visibility presets, or go into more detail and allow only certain groups and users to read the document. No document goes public without going through an Approval Cycle with customizable Document Approvers and Controllers. And you can even hide the original information (such as a source document) from the public but make it accessible to your employees.
