  • Find the right person for the job with Job Postings. Create a new Posting and then attach associated Applicants' resumes by dragging and dropping them from anywhere. After the interview, turn the chosen Applicants into Candidates, and add more details, such as interview results. Finally, you can turn the chosen Candidate into an Employee with one click, and keep all the previous records to build the employee history.
  • Find anything and everything using the Navigator! The Navigator lets you browse, search and sort with ease. Show employees and candidates by name, manager, starting date, or division - and group them together for easier manipulation.
  • Document Security allows you to set permissions for each section of the document. Allow your employees to view their records while manager-only information is kept hidden. You can hide entire Employee documents (or just parts of documents) from specific users and groups. With Document Security, you can protect your company information in just a few easy steps.

  • Use the Calendar and Monthly Overviews  to make sure you’re never understaffed. The Monthly Overview is a great way to instantly see which days employees have off for any given month.
