Nitix Leave Tracking System (N-LTS) allows you to manage employees’ requests for time off from work without hassle. Employees submit their requests, which pass through an approval cycle.

• Leave displayed in the Calendar. The leave is shown in the leave calendar, and in an employee's personal calendar.
• Decisions are communicated . All decisions are communicated back to the requester, the team leader, and to the leave administrator.
• Determines leave. N-LTS determines whether an employee has sufficient leave allowance when they book leave, and automatically calculates net days off (i.e: excludes weekends, public holidays).
