With one of our contracts you will have a certified technician come to your home or business and spend a limited number of hours, based upon the contract you purchase, addressing whatever computer needs arise.

All Client-Server network support contracts are quoted per client.  Our network and server technicians will meet with you to evaluate your infrastructure and requirements.

Block Time contracts are billed at 1 hour per actual hour for all service calls scheduled during normal business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday). We do not charge extra fees if your service calls are scheduled for after hours.  Extra fees are only charged for emergency service calls that are scheduled after normal business hours.   For after hours emergency support please see the following schedule for rates
